You’ll learn practical, nervous-system-informed tools you can use in real life — during workdays, conversations, and moments of overwhelm — not just when everything is quiet. Over six weeks, you’ll be guided through gentle lessons, short daily practices, and reflective worksheets designed to support insight without adding pressure. Topics include understanding burnout without blame, nervous system regulation, boundaries without guilt, releasing perfectionism, rebuilding energy, and creating a more sustainable way forward.
